Learn and develop mediation skills. Those skills can benefit parents, managers, school staff, attorneys, employees, and community members so that they can intervene in conflicts constructively. We offer a variety of trainings throughout the year including and annual 35-hour basic mediaiton training, which can be taken as the first step toward become a volunteer mediator with out center.

The Mediation Center of Dutchess County offers a variety of training opportunities for individuals and organizations.

Training can be taken for personal or professional development – or as preparation to become a volunteer mediator with the Mediation Center.
