Mediation Training for Professionals a Success

The Mediation Center of Dutchess County held a 35 hour Basic Mediation Training for professionals at Vassar College.  Eleven professionals from New York, New Jersey and Germany completed the course.  The course was designed to teach transformative mediation theory, principles and skills to use in the workplace when unresolved conflict affects the ability for staff to work together well, which can lead to a loss of productivity and increased costs to an organization.  

Training participants had this to say about the course, “Thank you!  The program was superb in content and presentation.”  “This was a very comprehensive course teaching the transformative mediation process.  This was great!”  “The extreme amount of student participation/interaction makes it very comfortable and very beneficial in learning through practice.  This training…was excellent.  I will use it in my personal and professional life.”
